Understanding how we feel based on our diet is only one portion of living a healthy and balanced life.  Sometimes the issues with our health are deeper seated than the food we put in our bodies.  Let's take a moment to dive a little deeper under the surface.

Study the rainbow list of words and reflect on how you feel in each area of your life.

Wellness Wheel

Your Wellness Wheel highlights what feeds your life, mind, and soul—all these things are found off your plate but nourish you just as much as the food you eat.  This tool allows us to dive deeper into what’s going on and help us focus our attention on areas in our life that may be lacking.  Not every slice will ever be perfect, balanced, or equal.  It is helpful to check back in with the wellness wheel as you progress to see where you started and where you are now.

After taking a few minutes to study the rainbow list of words, scroll down to the pie chart below, click on each area of the chart, and adjust the slider to reflect where you are with each slice of the pie.

How would you rate these areas on a scale of 1-10?      1= bad   10= amazing

Once you adjust all the pie slices, a small link to download will appear; when you click on this link, you will be prompted to save your pie chart for future reference.  Feel free to use this tool as often as you’d like, and we can use this as a place to focus if you aren’t sure where else to start.

On a scale of 1-10 how would you rate these areas?      1= bad   10= amazing
